When Tim's (18 year old finishing high school) father (Theo) disappears on their families recent inherited Christmas tree farm (A place shrouded in horrific urban legends), just before Christmas. Tim is left to deal with the horrors of his homelife. That is until his girlfriend invites him to a party her friends are throwing, at the same place.
